Pato – Capoeira + music

The kids class will end with a final roda.


1.00pm – 4.00pm Adult Workshop with Mestre Sabia
(Ginga Mundo) at East Oxford Community School Gym.

The workshop will include Capoeira, Maculele and a Roda.

Guest teachers : Professor Piaba (Ginga Mundo, London)
Professor Baruino (Ginga Mundo, Belgium)

Students of Professor Piaba and Professor Biscuim will also be present.


7.00pm : Film MESTRE BIMBA A CAPOEIRA ILUMINADA
To be shown at the ECKERSLEY SCHOOL.
This is the most recent film featuring Mestre Bimba and is in English!

10.00 – 12.00am : Training and Roda with Mestre Sabia
(Ginga Mundo)

Percussion class and Samba de Roda with Professor Biscuim
(Group Capoeira Brazil)

12.00-1.00pm : Lunch Break

1.00– 2.00pm : Samba lesson and Samba de Roda with Professor
Maria

2.00 – 4.00 pm : Capoeira class and Roda with Mestre Sabia.
Maculele, Roda and Samba de Roda.

5.00 pm Street Roda in Oxford City Centre, Samba de Roda and Maculele

Mestres and teachers present : Mestre Sabia, Mestre Anjo, Professors Piaba, Biscium, Cobra, Peste, Maguim ….and more.

10.00-3.00am BRAZILIAN FORRO PARTY TO CELEBRATE SAO JUAN AT IGUANA.
Live Brazilian band from London playing Forro.
Brazilian DJ playing Carnival music, Axe, Rap, MPB. Capoeira.
Caipirinhas, and student discount on drinks….
